I actually designed a class based on displacing both enemy and allies

skills to knockback, pin down, lock enemies and to move allies out of danger.

Hope to see that class.. sounds very unique...
Might be interesting to mix it with a Phase out ablity like the one from LightningHell .

Perhaps you would like to post your concept class in the Concept Classes sub-forum for the community to read about it?

P/S : Your last sentence gave me some ideas for some new skills for the Juggernaut, hope you don't mind that I borrow them and translate into use for the Juggernaut concept class.
